Original caption: 1. Patient with two arm involvement in supine position.
2. Patient takes deep breath, pulls knees to chest and thrusts head forward.
3. Patient's body has rotated so that weight is over hips, head still submerged.
4. Patient pushes feet to bottom from postion No. 3, and stands erect. Whole operation takes about three seconds.
