Visual Still Information

Title: New Roosevelt Cottage
Original caption: Last November this cottage was just a roll of drawings under the arm of Henry J. Toombs, New York architect, who accompanied Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt to Warm Springs. Now it is complete and ready for occupancy by the owner who will arrive with Mrs. Roosevelt on April 29. The Governor plans to remain here several weeks.
Like the other cottage built here by the Roosevelts in 1927, this is a very simple establishment. However, if it could gain a cubic foot each time a camera winked at it, this house would soon have gigantic proportions.
